I began my artistic career as an abstract painter in the late 60’s but later turned to realism as a more complex way of expressing an idea. But now many years later my thoughts and ideas have become more single-minded and my art is more concerned with expressing my deepest emotion with the least amount of clutter. –Jerry Rose
